Negative Reviews
negative:
Dated rooms
Although the general comfort levels in each room have been said to be above average, some complaints have arisen from the dated interiors of the private rooms. Guests feel as though these rooms could do with a renovation and update in furniture and facilities.
negative:
Paid Wi-Fi in-room
Although you will be able to access the Wi-Fi in the lobby and other public areas for free, you will need to pay an additional fee for the use of the Wi-Fi in the private rooms. Although this hotel is not as business orientated as others, it would still be nice for guests who like staying connected to family back home to not have to pay for it.
negative:
Expensive on-site parking
Although it can be said that guests found this hotel enjoyable to stay at, the on-site parking is too expensive for the area in which the hotel is situated in. Guests would like to see this fee lowered or included in the price of the room.
