Excellent location for the station and city
Montana is exceptionally close to the station - just a couple of minutes on foot. While many of the guests found this convenient when arriving or departing, they also found it a great base if exploring the city itself. Much of what they wanted to see was well within walking distance.

While there were a few contrary opinions, the vast majority of guests said that they enjoyed the breakfast. While variety was said to be somewhat lacking, it seemed to be made up by good presentation, taste and decent portions.

Friendly and helpful staff
Again and again guests mentioned how fantastic the staff at Montana were. They were said to be very welcoming and friendly, and also a breath of fresh air compared to other experiences guests had had in the city.

Rooms a bit too small for some
While this certainly wasn't a universal complaint, many did complain that their room was especially small. They obviously realised that Zurich was an exceptionally expensive city, but felt that the rooms were too small even then.

A bit difficult to find
This was a surprisingly common comment. While reasons were not really given, quite a few guests mentioned that they had trouble finding the hotel. It may be a good idea to print out a detailed map prior to embarking.

While guests did appreciate the tea and coffee supplied, a couple commented that the hospitality tray would have been so much better if it had contained a couple of snacks as well.
