The rooms are impressively spacious even for larger families and the beds are very comfortable. The rooms have a modern feel which is a really nice contrast to the old fashioned Spanish ambience in the communal areas.
The staff have been praised for their attentiveness and for being very helpful. Particular praise has been given to staff on the reception desk who have been described as exceptional in a review by previous guests.
The walls must be quite thin because it is possible to hear noise from guests in other rooms. There is also too much noise from traffic and due to renovations in some areas of the hotel there is also a lot of noise from here, but these renovations might have stopped now.
You may have difficulty getting on the internet as the Wi-Fi signal is quite poor in rooms therefore you might have to sit in communal areas if you wish to get online.
The breakfast is disappointing, especially the quality of the food, and there could also be more choice available furthermore it doesn’t represent good value for money.
