Coffee is great
The little extra touches is what makes some guests come back from time to time. As a guest at the M1 Hotel you can enjoy as much tea and coffee within the hotel as you please, and the bonus is that the coffee has received a few really good comments too.
positive:
Complimentary cell phone
Visitors just love the handy cell phone they are given for the duration of the stay at this hotel. It is loaded with free data, and for those guests who did not purchase their data bundle yet, this was a pleasant surprise.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Tiny rooms
Most guests agree that, because the rooms are so small, and there is not much to do in terms of comfort and luxury, the best place to be during the day is out having a great vacation. Regardless, almost all guests believe the rooms are just fine to rest your head at night.
negative:
Its cold in winter
Although the rooms do have an air-conditioning unit, travellers have complained that it only cools down the rooms, but in winter when it's really cold these units are unable to heat up the rooms. You should perhaps bring an extra blanket with just in case.
negative:
Really hard beds
A number of visitors have complained that the beds are a little on the firm side. If you prefer a softer sleep, then you will have to request an extra blanket to line the very firm mattress, otherwise you may not get much rest at all.
