The beds in the guest rooms are very comfortable and good quality. The bed linens are soft and very clean as the housekeeping staff change them very regularly. You will definitely sleep well in these beds.

The breakfast area is very nicely designed with tasteful furnishings and lovely city views. All of the breakfast food ia fresh and full of flavour. There is a wide variety of cold and hot options. The coffee is tasty and the fruit juices are fresh.

The reception staff are very kind and welcoming, they offer great recommendations on local restaurants. The staff are always available to help you arrange taxis or give you directions to the attractions. You can rely on the staff to do their best to deal with anything you bring to their attention.

Some guests have reported that they found the rooms to be a little too small. There is very little space for you to move around and it can be hard to find space to put your suitcases. The storage space for your clothing is also quite limited.

Although the location is convenient for getting around Athens, the neighbourhood seems quite unsafe. Guests have reported seeing drug dealers and prostitutes in the street outside the hotel and so walking at night can be quite dangerous. The streets are sometimes very busy and you need to watch out for pick-pockets.
