Positive Reviews
positive:
Very clean and tidy
Whatever other small issues guests may have had with their room, its cleanliness certainly wasn’t one of them. In fact, they went out of their way to compliment housekeeping on doing a great job keeping their room in tip top shape throughout their stay.
positive:
Quick check in and out
A surprising number of guests reported that they had fantastic check in and check out experiences. They felt the staff were friendly and welcoming, but what really impressed them was that the whole process was fast and efficient, allowing them to get on with their day.
positive:
Exceptionally pet-friendly
Several guests with pets in tow remarked that they felt extremely comfortable at the hotel. It seemed like the whole hotel was well set up to welcome and provide for those traveling with their pets.
Negative Reviews
negative:
No elevator available
While guests conceded that the building is only two stories high, some still missed having an elevator available. It wasn’t that climbing up the stairs once was too bad, but they did get a bit tired of walking up and own multiple times a day.
negative:
Problems with dogs barking
A couple of guests took issue with the extent of the pet-friendly policies. They spoke about being disturbed, even awoken, by dogs in nearby rooms barking. And once on started barking the end result was usually a chorus featuring all dogs within earshot. They felt that it may perhaps be a good idea to have a certain section of pet friendly rooms.
negative:
Very disappointing breakfast
There really weren’t too many positive comments made about the breakfast. Guests simply felt it didn’t have the variety to generate any enthusiasm. A specific criticism was that it contained no meat, or protein of any kind, to balance out the carbohydrates.
