Several guests mentioned that they really appreciated being in such a strategic location. Not only were they near the on-ramps to two interstate's, but they also mentioned that good shopping and several restaurants could be found within a very short distance.

More than just one or two guests described the hotel's mattresses like “sleeping on a cloud”. It's safe to say that, for many, the exceptionally comfortable beds were the absolute highlight of their stay.

Guests didn't seem to think much of the “free” breakfast offered by the hotel. The main complaint was that it simply lacked the variety necessary to ensure that most guests could find something that they liked.

It was hard to find a good word written about the hotel's cleanliness. On the contrary, guests often complained that both their room and the public areas of the hotel were very poorly cleaned. So much so that some immediately decided to check out and go elsewhere instead.

Several guests reported that it looked like the hotel had not been properly looked after for some time. Not only did they feel the décor was old and out of fashion, but the fact that it had not been maintained made it look older and more worn than it actually was.
