Positive Reviews
positive:
Perfect central position
Guests really liked the position of the apartment complex. Although it wasn’t right on the beach, this did not seem to bother any guests in the slightest. They reported that the beach was just a couple of minutes’ walk away and that they were close to all the bars, restaurants and other amenities they were looking for during their summer break.
positive:
Remarkably quiet
A number of guests remarked that despite being in such a central location, the construction of the apartments meant that they really didn’t experience any problems with traffic or other noise from outside the complex, allowing most to get a good night’s sleep.
positive:
Bottle of wine waiting on arrival
Many guests reported that they found a bottle of wine waiting for them in their apartment when first arriving. They found this to be a lovely kind gesture and it clearly went a long way with them.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Pool bar seldom open
Guests were not impressed that the onsite pool bar was very seldom open. They would have liked to be able to grab a drink while sunning themselves around the pool, but were foiled in their plans by a bar that always seemed to be closed.
negative:
Wi-Fi not complimentary
A number of guests were very unhappy that they had to pay for Wi-Fi at the complex. They felt that this was an unusual practice nowadays, with most accommodation providers supplying it as part of their regular room rate.
negative:
Limited number of English TV channels
Quite a few guests were unhappy with the very limited number of English language stations available. The complex is popular with British visitors and they felt that a more English friendly TV package was in order.
