Positive Reviews
positive:
On periphery of tourist attractions, quiet spot.
La Fenice et des Artiste is truly in the heart of Venice, a few minutes away from St. Mark’s Square and just next to La Fenice theatre, but guests said the peaceful location feels out of the way and the lovely cafes close by are priced much better than those downtown.
positive:
Charming, attractively-furnished hotel.
Guests found this hotel to be a charming boutique affair, with a great courtyard, attractive furnishings in spotlessly clean rooms, rooftop and canal views from some rooms, and a lovely atmosphere.
positive:
Gracious, helpful staff, recommendable restaurant.
You will find the multilingual and friendly staff members to be gracious in their service, helpful with all the tourist requests you have, and the food in the attached restaurant is apparently delicious.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Wi-Fi a bit patchy.
Although the Wi-Fi is at times a little patchy at La Fenice et des Artiste, those who stayed did not mind too much since they were there for exploring the city, not the web.
negative:
Breakfast selection limited to some.
The buffet breakfast was found to be adequate and tasty by most, but some people would have like to have seen a greater range of fare on offer.
negative:
Rooms a little small, beds hard to few.
A small number of guests found the rooms to be small in their opinion, but still comfortable, and a few also considered the beds a bit hard and uncomfortable, but these were by no means the prevailing opinions.
