The 3-star Hotel complex Kostadinovite Guesthouses is situated just 1.5 km away from the centre of Elena town. It offers an incredible atmosphere for relaxation and recreation in the beautiful Elena part of the Balkan mountain Range. In 2013 a new complex Sunny Hills was built 100 m from Kostadinovi guesthouses. Altogether they offer 4 apartments and 26 double rooms with a total capacity of 70 people. The complex Kostadinovi guesthouses comprises three houses. The first of them has six rooms, situated over the tavern in the complex. Another two houses are found 40 m from the main part feature 2 apartments and 7 double rooms. For guests the complex offers a tavern in folk style with 45 places inside and summer garden with 30 places. The tavern offers delicious dishes and specialties, to try Bulgarian food, old wines and rakia. The complex has a winery cellar with hall for wine tasting.
