Hotel Jingtailong International (Beijing, China)

The beds are comfortable and a good number of pillows are provided. The bathrooms are clean and the free toiletries are a definite plus.

The hotel's location in the city centre reduces the hassle of travelling long distances and making many connections to get to where you want. The hotel is a few minute's walk from the subway station. There are plenty of restaurants in the vicinity for those who would prefer to dine outside the hotel.

Guests were very pleased with the hotel's free Wi-Fi signal. It was very fast and suitable for heavy web browsing. The signal didn't drop and was steady throughout the hotel.

The air conditioning unit in a few of the rooms appears to be damaged as they did not perform well. Although fans were provided, at times they were limited and not available in each room. Other rooms lacked the air conditioners.

Some bathrooms were in a state of disrepair with slippery floors and showers with water pressure. The carpets and floors were rather worn in some areas. Guests thought that the hotel was a bit out-of-date with regard to its interiors and furniture.

At the hotel, guests had a hard time interacting with the staff members as few spoke English well. English-speaking guests saw this as a drawback when it came to communicating with them.
