Hotel Ilunion Valencia 3 (Valencia, Spain)

The staff were found to be friendly and quick to respond to guest requests. They found the staff to be dedicated to their jobs and were lovely to deal with. The staff were also professional and spoke good English.

Guests were happy to have free parking in the city that was private and of the hotel. It was nice to not have to worry about where and how much to pay for parking in the middle of the city.

The hotel was found to be a clean and comfortable place to stay in. It had nice furnishings and décor, as well as a clean look to it. Guests were happy to have a clean hotel that also took care of having a nice look to it.

Guests would have liked to have a mini fridge in the rooms. There was none in the rooms which would have made their stay much more comfortable. Guests also had poor working air conditioning in the rooms.

The beds were found to be uncomfortable and not of very good quality. The beds creaked and made noise with any movement and were too soft for guests to have a comfortable sleep.

Guests felt that the location was not one of the best they've stayed in, as it was too far from the central area of Valencia. The metro and public transportation was not the easiest to get on, and there were construction sites around the hotel.
