Guests were pleasantly surprised when it was time to sleep in this property. They reported that the beds were very comfortable, and to a higher standard than they would have expected for a budget property.

Guests liked the location of this property and thought it was handy since it was so close to the airport and train connections. Furthermore, guests said they were within walking distance of restaurants and liked that they never had to travel far to get a bite to eat.

The staff had good attitudes and were eager to help, guests said. They also mentioned that the employees were responsive to needs and tried to resolve issues as thoroughly as possible so as to give guests overall good impressions.

Guests didn't like the cubicle-style bathrooms. They were shocked at the small size, and also thought it was inconvenient and potentially dangerous to have to step up into the shower. Guests mentioned that the bathroom setup reminded them of a portable toilet, too, and thought everything was much too cramped.

Guests commented that the floor around the shower gets extremely wet and slippery. They thought a bath mat would be a good addition because it would help soak up some of the excess water and make the floor surface less hazardous.

Guests reported that, due to the location near the highway, they could easily hear the sounds of vehicles passing. They noted that it was especially common for trucks to go by, and said those were particularly disturbing.
