Many guests loved the modern rooms with great amenities. Especially the family rooms with bunk beds received a lot of praise. The rooms are spacious and clean. The distance to the Disney Resort can be walked on foot, and this makes this location very convenient, while not being in the main area of tourist hotels. The convenience of having many restaurants around the hotel made this stay comfortable for many.

Many guests felt very well taken care of by the professional yet friendly staff. They could rely on them to get tours and ticket assistance, directions or general recommendations. The front desk crew is upbeat and made guests enjoy great hospitality.

Many guests were impressed by the free breakfast, which is a skillet bar. They liked the choices of food and the freshness as well as the good food service which kept up well with replenishments.

Some guests were not happy that the hotel does not provide enough parking for everybody when they are fully booked. It might be inconvenient when you move your car and come back to find you do not have a space to park anymore.
