The hotel is an absolute run-down property with no maintenance at all. Everything at the hotel is simply falling apart. Rooms are furnished with old TVs that are barely in working condition, furniture is dated and shabby giving it an old look and even the ac/heaters are old and make too much of noise. Even from the exterior the hotel looks dingy and requires complete refurbishment.

Rooms in the hotel are nothing but filthy and ramshackle. All the rooms are so dirty, dusty and smelly that it makes very difficult for the guests to spend even one night at the hotel. There is a musty smell coming constantly from the rooms. Even the non-smoking rooms smell of cigarettes. Bathrooms were also in a dilapidated condition (dirty bath tubs, wet floor and broken toilet seats and shower heads). Guests said that it was an absolute waste of money as the hotel was nothing but a dump.

Breakfast served at the hotel was also very disappointing. There was hardly any variety and the breakfast majorly consisted of few fruits, oatmeal and other cereals. Eggs were served in very small portions and never lasted for the entire breakfast time mentioned.
