Great amenities
The hotel features wonderful amenities such as a lounge, a coffee bar, concierge services, free on-site parking, free local area shuttle service and an on-site car rental desk, but what guests loved most was the well-equipped and modern Profiles Fitness Center. Between the pool, fitness center, tennis court and running trail, guests were really able to work out and relax.

Guests found the staff to be friendly and courteous from check-in to check-out, as they were always available to answer questions regarding local attractions, restaurants or beaches, and they efficiently handled special requests.

The modern rooms are nicely decorated with a lot of features to make your stay a comfortable one, since they include plush bedding, a comfortable Hilton-brand mattress, black-out curtains and individual climate control.

Sometimes only superficial cleaning
A few guests were under the impression that housekeeping performed only very superficial cleanings, as they noted that there was grime buildup in the bathrooms, dirt in the corners and on tables, which could have been removed with some additional cleaning.

Soundproofing seems to be an issue a lot of guests cited, as they could overhear the next-door neighbors' conversations and activities. The air-conditioning units also added to the noise level, which some guests suggested might be due to their age.
