Rooms are bit older
The hotel and rooms have a bit of age on them and it shows. The decor looks dated and frequent maintenance issues cause unpleasantness, especially when they can't be immediately fixed because of the lack of full-time staff. The beds are super soft and not to everyone's taste. Plus, the breakfast is unchanging and isn't kept fresh during the dining hours.
