Hotel Hampton Inn Auburn (Auburn, USA)

The hotel location is isolated and serene. There is no street noise though there are highways not too far away. It’s basically located on a private road that leads to a wooded area. There is even a lovely, fresh smell that you quickly notice upon leaving your vehicle. The staff is friendly as well.

The rooms are large, clean, and comfy. Even the bathroom is a comfortable size. Rooms have a contemporary style with plenty of fresh, soft towels. The staff from reception, to housekeeping, to the people serving breakfast, all are attentive, welcoming, and professional.

You will enjoy the breakfast buffet, as there is plenty to choose from. French toast, breads, omelets, home fries, and waffles, are hot choices. Beverages like coffee and juice are also part of the buffet menu. Other niceties like breads, waffles, pastries, and much more, will get you going for the day.

The seclusion of the hotel can be its own worst enemy. There is only a diminutive sign on the highway for direction. Still, during the nighttime hours, you are going to have issues locating the hotel. Better indicators are needed and GPS doesn’t seem to help much.

The so-called heated pool does not have much heat at all. It’s too cold.

Your serene, pleasant sleep will be rudely interrupted when the garbage collectors come sailing through at an early hour. It’s like a shock to the system as the hotel is fairly quiet. The noise is something you are not expecting.
