The staff are warm and engaging, ensuring that guests feel welcome and comfortable upon arrival. All staff, from those manning the reception desk to those working in the restaurants and bars are personable and provide excellent service.
The H10 Vintage Salou Hotel has been recently refurbished and the majority of guests were very appreciate of the modern décor and furnishings. The pool are was also appreciated, as were the rooms.
While, for the most part, guests were under the impression the hotel was very good value, a number took issue with the cost of add-ons, such as paying to use the small fridge in the hotel rooms.
The free Wi-Fi advertised is only available in an internet area which is close to the reception desk and is unavailable in rooms however, it is free of charge and guests were pleased with this aspect of the Wi-Fi.
The hotel’s bars and entertainment can be loud and are ongoing till late. Some guests found this to be an annoyance when trying to get an early night however, this was not a unanimous complaint.
