The hotel location is great. It's easy to get around and you can endlessly explore the beautiful city of Paris. The Eiffel Tower is within walking distance and the metro is a few minutes away. There are plenty of cafés and restaurants around and if you have to visit the UN office the proximity is great. It's the ultimate location for staying in and sightseeing such a wonderful city.

The front desk offer decent customer service and provide consolation if you have any issues. They are also very cordial.
Better cleaning would enhance the look of the facility, and the unpleasant smells are bothersome. For example, you may find the fridge stinks when you open it, the shower drain smelly, and dusty shelves. Upon closer look, the furnishings look a bit outdated as well.
Breakfast is not included and it is expensive compared to what you can get in the neighbourhood. There are more than enough restaurants within walking distance that offer an adequate breakfast for a reasonable price.
Don't expect a lot of space in the hotel room. It's small, even if it's for more than one person. The bathroom is small as well. In fact, it's difficult to close the door as you wouldn't be able to fit in comfortably, even if you are a small sized person! The elevator is also small and may feel cramped if you have large or more than one piece of luggage.
