Negative Reviews
negative:
Could do with more.
Guests have noted that while the rooms have recently been redecorated, and treated to an update, the cleaning of each room could be upped a notch. Small things seem to slip by, such as cobwebs, and bugs on the windowsill. Nevertheless, the main cleaning of each room is done thoroughly.
negative:
Small rooms.
If one is used to staying at hotels that feature large, spacious rooms, guests will be sorely disappointed upon arrival at Grenfell Arms Hotel. The rooms are smaller, but offer a cosier experience than a chain hotel would.
negative:
Not much of a breakfast.
Even though the lunch and dinner experiences are phenomenal, the breakfast offered each morning is a huge let down with it's very basic and limited options. Guests looking for traditional breakfasts had best take their morning meal offsite to a nearby restaurant.
