The bathrooms are said to be very nice and comfortable to use. They were modern and sleek with good water pressure and perfect temperature as well. Many guests enjoyed using the bathrooms with their nice designs.

The hotel's location was found to be ideal for business and tourist purposes, as it is in a central area. It is next to the shopping area and the train station is a couple of minutes' walk away. There are also various monuments, such as temples, nearby, as well as restaurants and shops.

Many guests recommended the friendly staff members they interacted with during their stay. The concierge was mentioned by name as being caring and knowledgeable when it came to making booking and tours.

The rooms were thought to be small for some guests who wished they had the option of upgrading to more spacious rooms. The rooms did not leave enough space for normal-sized luggage and the guests, to move around.

Some guests felt the laundry machines available for guests were not enough for the hotel, as they found so many other guests also doing their laundry. Some had to do theirs in the late night hours which was annoying and took too long.
