Here you are close to the forest and the beach - and “Feddet” with its large open spaces is just beneath your feet. Authentic food   Our kitchen produces everything from scratch. We bake and make jams, pickles and so on. The food is made from seasonal fresh produce. We serve honest food, and we focus on local produce, ecology and animal welfare. Informal atmospheric - the frames of Gl. Brydegaard are simple and beautiful with room for unique things, i.e. our tepees. We salute the modern and contemporary decor whilst respecting our history. At Gl. Brydegaard the sky is wide and blue and we have chosen not to have TVs in our rooms enabling you to relax completely and reload your batteries. At the same time we aim to tempt your curiosity and for us some of the best moments are when laughter prevails over silence. Info - We are a non-smoking hotel. You may smoke in the outdoor areas with consideration to our other guests. You are not allowed to bring your own beverages.
