Pool Area Problem
Many complain that the pool area is very small with limited seating. You can reserve seats on a wait-list but it can take several hours before they free up. Guests recommend that you get there early, especially to get one of the premium seats.
negative:
Poorly Managed Staff
While the service at the hotel is generally top notch, some guests have complained about poorly managed, disorganized staff. Several guests mentioned that it took over an hour to get room service and two hours just to get extra towels.
negative:
Wit & Wisdom
While most guests enjoyed their dining experience at the Wit & Wisdom lounge, several guests complained about the poor service, the servers being hard to find or unresponsive, and the food taking too long. If you're watching your diet, you may find most of the bar choices a bit unhealthy but do not hesitate to ask your server, as healthy options are available.
