The hotel offers valet parking (only) for an additional fee and a number of previous guests to the hotel were not happy that there was not a self park option nearby, consequently they then had to incur the extra fee required to have their car parked by the valet.

It seems some staff do no operate with a sense of urgency when attending to guest requests and a number of guests commented that their requests were not dealt with in a timely manner.
Some guests found that their stay was unnecessarily disrupted by old and noisy air-conditioning units which clanged about whilst struggling to maintain an even temperate environment. Some guests felt that the units needed to be replaced immediately.
