The guestrooms here are very spacious with a seating area, a desk, microwave and fridge. They are perfect for either a one night pit-stop or a long term stay. The beds are comfortable and the linens used are of a good standard.

The vast majority of guests feel that the breakfast served here is of a very good standard. With most room rates it is included free of charge and it includes a mixture of hot and cold items.

This property is situated about a mile from a beautiful beach area known as Natural Bridges and the boardwalk is just a short drive away. There are also many eateries in the local vicinity and staff are happy to provide directions or to give recommendations of where to visit. There is a large car park at the hotel and therefore it should be pretty easy to find a space.

The hotel is located just off the highway but the access is not directly from it. Guests have reported that it is a little difficult to find, especially in the dark and you may wish to phone them before departure to get directions.

If you are looking for a hotel with beautiful sea views then this is not going to be the right property for you, your room will more than likely be of the hotel car park.

Guests have not been able to pinpoint whether it is down to it being quite a new property or whether it is down to poor leadership and training, but the customer service levels have fallen short for many guests. This includes being given incorrect information, having to wait too long to check-in and staff generally being a bit rude.
