Positive Reviews
positive:
In the heart of the shopping district
For many guests, the location was the reason they booked at the Fahrenheit Suites, and they were not disappointed. The location is described as being at the very centre of the shopping district, and guests couldn't conceive of a much better location for shopping.
positive:
Good budget option
While guests certainly had their share of complaints, many of them also accept that they paid a fairly low room-rate to be in a very prime position. Most feel they got decent value for money.
positive:
Nice spa area and pool
The spa and pool area is perhaps guest's favourite part of the hotel. Considering the heat, the pool is a welcome relief to many after a hard day shopping.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Facilities need a bit of an update
Although the shopping centre underneath has been renovated, many guests feel that the hotel above also desperately needs an update. They say the contrast between the ultra chic shopping centre and the much older facilities above is a bit jarring.
negative:
Wi-Fi limited to two devices
Given how many devices people carry with them nowadays many guests feel a policy to limit the connection to two per room is quite unreasonable and old-fashioned. Also, guests in larger suites, that can accommodate as many as six people, say that those rooms have the same “maximum of two devices” policy.
negative:
Very noisy location
Several guests report of being disturbed by noise, both from the streets outside and shouting and doors slamming within the hotel. It seems the rooms are quite poorly soundproofed.
