Guests had to go back down to the front desk and pick these items up. The items were placed in a disgusting, broken plastic bin.

The condition of the hotel room was deplorable. Grimy carpets, sticky tabletops, dust in the room's corners, and long hairs in the sink are several of the complaints lodged by previous residents. The bathtub as missing a railing and in its place was stuffed toilet paper in the hole. Deplorable conditions made for an extremely uncomfortable stay.
