The hotel is just one mile from the Bob Hope Airport, making it a convenient option for air travelers. Attractions including Universal Studios Hollywood, Warner Bros. Studios and Disney Studios are all just ten minutes from the hotel, and there is a nice selection of shopping and dining options nearby.

Each room has a fully-equipped kitchenette area, and guests love the convenience of being able to cook and prepare their own meals rather than eating out every day. The kitchenette features a microwave, stovetop, coffeemaker and full-size refrigerator, while dishes, silverware and utensils are available by request from the front desk.

Most guests agree that the rooms are fairly spacious and comfortable. Guestrooms are designed to accommodate families for multiple days, so you should feel right at home here even with a larger party.

Some guests were disappointed in the amenities offered by the hotel. The property does not offer such commonplace amenities as a swimming pool or a fitness center, and multiple guests expressed that they would have liked to have been able to take advantage of such facilities. In addition, the grab 'n go breakfast is limited to just basic items such as fruit and coffee, which some felt was not adequate.

As this is an extended stay hotel, housekeeping is not provided on a daily basis. Numerous guests were surprised by the housekeeping policy, so remember to keep this in mind before booking.

Some guests felt that the hotel seemed rather old, and could use a facelift. The overall appearance of the property was fairly dated, and guests mentioned specific issues such as old, dirty carpets and worn-out beds and bedding.
