For extended stays, this increases the value in the price spent. Add in a free daily breakfast and free WiFi and the value grows.

The reception staff is very welcoming to new guests and keeps that great attitude for the entire stay. They are nice at every encounter and willing to help with issues and problems, even if not related to the hotel stay. Their polite and helpful attitude ensures the stay is enjoyable.

When extended stays are needed for business or for needs at the local medical center, this location is perfect. It's close to the interstate for quick travel needs. There are many restaurants in the area and many shopping centers to meet every need.

Guests often have to ask for a room switch immediately upon check-in. Housekeeping does not thoroughly clean and disinfect between different guest stays and rooms often have trash still in bins and dust and grime on furniture and fixtures.

There are a lot of unpleasant smells throughout the building and in the units. While the entire property is supposed to be non-smoking, this not strictly monitored and rooms often have lingering stale smells of smoke. Other smells also infest the rooms, like must and mold that might come from the older carpets which are stained and feel dank.

There are a host of maintenance issues. A huge problem with bug infestation is unpleasant to deal with. Routinely, door locks are broken, light bulbs are burned out and phones don't work. Counters are cracked and tile is broken. The whole property needs a full-time caretaker.
