Staff Attitudes & Hotel Policy
Poor customer service was frequently mentioned with guests complaining about rude and hostile staff members and indifferent attitudes when problems arose. Although the hotel's website notes that it does not accept bookings from non-married couples and that single travellers can only receive visitors from family members who must check in and show ID, this came as an unpleasant surprise to some guests.
