Poor value for money

negative:
Front-desk understaffed.
Guests noted that the hotel seemed to be understaffed, as check-in often took between 20 to 30 minutes and was quite hectic. Some felt that the front-desk staff didn't put their best effort forward, as special requests were not accommodated, questions were answered incorrectly and the overall attitude did not measure up to the staff at other Disney properties.
