Most Attractions Are Within Walking Distance
You certainly won't have any problems finding things to do. There is plenty of shopping, restaurants, and attractions to keep you busy whether you are staying for one day or two weeks. A cute coffee shop is on the corner, the city centre is close by, and Bart station is just a few minutes away. You can jump on the cable car or take a walk along Nob Hill, one of San Francisco's original “Seven Hills,” and admire the view and get a glimpse of Alcatraz.

The hotel staff is friendly, easygoing, and aim to please. In fact, they provide more of a four or five star customer service. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable without being interfering.

Negative Reviews
negative:
The Neighbourhood Is Questionable
Unfortunately, this basic clean hotel is in a very dodgy neighbourhood. There's no getting around the extreme amount of homeless people in the area, the screaming noises at night, and the overall questionable people hanging around from the down-and-out side of life.
negative:
Lugging Your Luggage
Be prepared to lug your luggage up the stairs to the first floor. The elevator does not come down to the ground floor

Parking Can Be Expensive
There is no parking at the facility and the closest parking area will cost you dearly.
