Hotel Dali (Florence, Italy)

Guests loved the location of the hotel in close proximity to many restaurants, bars and cafes and shopping opportunities. Attractions in Florence can be easily reached on foot which made exploring the city easy. Most guests left their car in the parking lot and enjoyed strolling through the old town of Florence. The train station is a fifteen minute walk away.

The staff at this hotel welcomed guests warmly and provided excellent information right at the check-in, including a map to the city and recommendations for good restaurants in the area. Guests described the staff as very friendly and knowledgeable and loved the personal service provided.

Guests loved the value of this inner-city hotel. They described the rooms as clean, spacious and comfortable. Amenities like a fridge and kettle were very valuable to guests. Wi-Fi worked well for most guests.

One major complaint was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. The summer nights can get quite hot here. The hotel provides a fan and the windows can be opened, but guests struggled with street noise if they left the windows open.

Guests sometimes were bothered by street noise or noise from neighbouring rooms. As this hotel is in a neighbourhood with plenty of nightlife the streets tend to stay busy till late at night. Some earplugs are a good remedy for this problem.

Guests who had booked a room with the shared bathroom complained about its availability and cleanliness. If the hotel is booked and everybody wants to take a shower you might have to wait to get ready.
