Negative Reviews
negative:
Rooms appear a bit dated
Despite the rooms having been updated not too long ago, guests noted that they should be renovated in more detail, because the floors, furniture and bedding look rather used, but at least the curtains and beds looked relatively new.
negative:
Spotty Wi-Fi reception
Several guests noted that they could not get their Wi-Fi signal to work or were only able to establish an unreliable connection, which seemed to be a particular problem on the third floor and in rooms toward the end of the hallways.
negative:
Traffic noise might keep you up
Guests staying in rooms facing Lombard Street noted that they were bothered by the rather loud noise coming in through the closed windows, which is why they recommended getting a room toward the back.
