Guests speak well of the professional and highly trained staff! They made sure guests were able to check-in on time. Moreover, they were generous enough to provide breakfast vouchers that guests can use the next morning. From the front desk to housekeeping team, the employees went beyond the extra mile to cater to the needs of the guests.

Due to the hotel’s close proximity to Yale University, most guests are impressed with its convenient and highly accessible location. Food establishments, shops, and supermarkets are also within a close walking distance from the hotel.

Since the hotel was newly renovated, the rooms were well-maintained and satisfying according to most guests. Rooms are well-equipped with double queen size beds, couches, work desk, and ottoman. The bathrooms are also clean and have been improved with hairdryer, tub, and complete toiletries.

Most guests complained about the loud traffic noise all day long. They also had issues with the smoke detector, which was making some weird noise especially during the night. The noise coming from cars and loud volume of television were some of the factors why guests had a hard time getting some proper sleep.

Due to the inconvenient lay out from the parking area to the lobby as well as the lack of free parking provided, most guests were disappointed. Moreover, parking fee was quite high which was a surprise for guests!

Guests were upset due to the on-going renovation of the whole property, which affected the normal function of elevators. They had to wait longer since only one elevator was working the whole time, while some guests had to use the stairs.
