Unprofessional and Intrusive Staff
Unprofessionalism among staff has been reported and this includes intrusive staff who enter rooms without knocking and without permission. Also reported was staff who are unable to answer basic questions, staff who blame guests for issues, slow check-in, issues that go unresolved, staff who don't acknowledge guests when they're approached and staff who aren't knowledgeable about the area. .

Small, Poorly-laid-out Rooms
The guest rooms at Courtyard Dallas Arlington by the Ballpark are quite small and strangely laid out in a way to limit movement. Also reported was missing amenities that were supposed to be in the room, malfunctioning air conditioning units, lots of dust and dirt around the rooms, blocked sinks and a lack of storage space.

Children running in the corridors, guests speaking loudly in other rooms, loud air conditioning units and early garbage pick-up are just some of the sounds that the thin walls don't filter out of the guest rooms.
