Positive Reviews
positive:
Courtesy starts here.
The courtesy airport shuttle service is well named and even if you forget to book, they're there before you know it with a friendly and helpful driver. All the staff though are noticeably obliging and go out of their way to be helpful.
positive:
Clean rooms.
Staff start the welcoming process which filters through into the rooms themselves. Pleasantly decorated, they're comfortable and clean and include an impressive range of features designed to make your stay enjoyable.
positive:
In hot water ... and that's a good thing!
If there was a national register for hotel hot tubs, this hotel would be at the top of the champion's league. It's worth staying here, just for the super efficient hot tub.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Kids are taking the proverbial!
Particularly with groups of kids, is it impossible for parents, or 'keepers', to register minimal discipline for the convenience of other paying guests? Minimal measures could include stopping them running up and down corridors shouting foul language and 'peeing' in the communal pool! Any problems relating to pets are insignificant when compared with those relating to kids whose parents seem fearful of upsetting them!
negative:
Lack of housekeeping services.
No towels or toilet paper in the room and rooms are not cleaned on a daily basis - or at all. Rooms are also very small for more than one occupant.
negative:
Starvation breakfast.
It's not unusual to find no food at all on the food bar. This is followed by huge delays in supplying any. It's almost as if they hope you'll get fed up and shuffle off to breakfast somewhere else!
