Hotel Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Cincinnati Airport, KY (Hebron, USA)

As the name suggests the hotel is located right next to Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport which is ideal for business travelers and the hotel runs a shuttle service to and from the airport. The center of Cincinnati is around 20-minutes away down the interstate where there is something for everybody to see and do such as the zoo or shopping malls. .

As well as the usual continental breakfast offerings along with cereal, bagels, muffins and fresh fruit there is also a cooked choice available and also make-your-own waffles all of which is complimentary as is the coffee and the cookies that are offered in the lobby. .

You can relax and unwind in the pool or in the hot tub which are kept clean and well maintained by staff and located in a central position just off the hotel's main elevator. .

The rooms are dirty with hairs found in sinks and in beds and there are stains on bed linen. There is also mold on the ceilings and walls in the bathroom and some guests had issues with bed bugs which were not acted on when reported. .

There have been reports from some guests that the shuttle service can be unreliable and that they can often forget to pick up guests which can be a problem if you need to catch a flight. .

As the hotel is close to the highway there can be noise from vehicles driving by and within the hotel the thin walls can lead to noise from other guests in neighboring rooms or from the corridor. .
