Positive Reviews
positive:
In a pleasant location
The guest house is in a quieter area of the city, but is easily accessible to restaurants, pubs, and markets. There are touring companies and landmarks located in every direction and down every street, so a quick walk will bring you to what you need. It's a short walk to both public bus and train stations.
positive:
An affordable rate
The affordable rate will get you clean and comfortable rooms with the use of a bathroom. The decor and features are modern and functional and the air conditioning works well.

Negative Reviews
negative:
Put on your walking shoes
The lack of a lift is problematic, especially for those carting heavy luggage or for those with problems walking up stairs. You'll also have to walk up some hills to get there.
negative:
No hotel amenities
These rooms aren't located in a hotel. This is more of a guest house with rooms for rent. So, there is no real signage for finding the location and no real reception desk or staff to answer questions or take care of needs. If you want something, you'll have to call the owner.
negative:
Lacking some luxuries
The beds are older and tend to sag in the middle. It's not nice and firm bedding. There also isn't a breakfast included in the price of the room, nor are there any other amenities. For what you pay, you'll get a bed and access to a bath. Privacy in the bathroom will require extra money.
