Hotel Corail (Marrakech, Morocco)

The staff were found to be friendly by guests who stayed here. They tried to accommodate the guests and answer their questions and requests. They were happy to give useful information of the area and good eateries as well.

The hotel is located close to various bars, restaurants and a supermarket, all within walking distance. Guests did not have to worry about finding a decent location with nearby eateries. The area felt safe and it is relatively close to the sights of the medina area.

Guests were not expecting a luxurious stay when they booked their rooms here. The rooms were decent and had basic amenities such as free Wi-Fi, comfortable beds and nice views. Guests felt that for the price, the lodging was worth it.

Guests did not like that the bar below played such loud music in the evenings and until the early mornings. The music did not let them sleep well. The bar also has outrageous prices that kept changing.

Guests did not like that there was no hot water available in the evenings or during certain days. It seems the boiler is turned off and guests cannot use the hot water during their stay. This was annoying and uncomfortable.

The breakfast was found to be boring and unappetizing by guests. They felt the daily breakfast was not unique and rather the same which made for a boring morning meal. It would be nice to change things each day to make it interesting.
