Hotel Clarion Pointe Sevierville-Pigeon Forge (Sevierville, USA)

It's a great location; less than a five minute drive from the busy Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but so much quieter. If ever a journey was worthwhile...!

The hotel generally and rooms in particular, are clean and tidy and contain all the 'necessaries'. There's plenty of storage space and lots of power points. Staff are on hand to help with enquiries and they are very friendly and helpful.

The traffic light directly from the hotel car park guarantees a quick and easy exit on to the Parkway and your short trip in to town. This is a real bonus .. and the benefit of staying just a short distance out of town, can't be over-stressed.

If only the interior matched the appeal of the exterior, then arriving guests would have a better visit. Rooms are very small and carpets have seen better days (*and some pretty horrible nights)! No real disasters, though - just very disappointing. Want a scary adventure? Try the elevator!

Walls don't need ears in this hotel and guests certainly don't need hearing aid appliances to know every detail of what the people next door are getting up to. There's no soundproofing + you can even hear them changing their minds and opening a soda can!

Welcome to the world of re-heating! It's the luck of the draw here. Sometimes it's OK but, on other occasions, breakfast might have been fresh an hour or so ago - or even yesterday - but there is a limit on the number of times you can re-heat food and place it before the public for consumption.
