Guests were quite amazed with the quality, fresh breads such as bagels and muffins served during breakfast. There was a wide variety of pastries and great tasting coffee which were more than enough to the start the day.

The hotel's nearness to major establishments such as Madison Square Gardens, High Line, and Times Square impressed previous guests. The location is also very convenient for guests who wanted to visit the Chelsea Market and Whitney Museum.

Most guests commend the helpful assistance of the staff especially the receptionists. They went above and beyond in providing useful tips and directions, and were more than willing to help guests with their luggage as soon as they arrived at the hotel.

No parking space provided
Guests were upset with the lack of free parking space provided on-site. It was not practical to bring a car since hotel guests had to look for their own parking spot at other areas such as the streets and other establishments. Guests had to find for a parking space at different areas for an added cost.

Poor Wi-Fi access within the hotel
Due to the lack of proper Wi-Fi available at the hotel, many guests were disappointed. The Wi-Fi was unusable for the whole duration of their stay and did not work especially inside the rooms so guests had issues looking for a perfect spot just to connect to the Internet.

Substandard beds, stiff mattresses
Previous guests were dismayed with the poor quality of the beds, mattresses, and pillows provided at the hotel. The mattresses were too stiff and uncomfortable while the pillows were super hard. The beds needed to be replaced due to the poor sleeping quality experienced by the guests.
