The apartments have no air conditioning. Guests said that the fans provided in some of the apartments were completely inadequate during the summer months in Vienna. So, you may be uncomfortably warm during your stay.

These apartments are self-catering, and many guests arrived to find that previous tenants had left their apartments in disarray. Be prepared to find dirty carpets, bathrooms, and cookware, among other things.
