Hotel Casa Jardin (Nerja, Spain)

Rooms had space to spare at Casa Jardin, and guests loved the quality furnishings that gave rooms a luxurious vibe. A bonus was the terrace found in some rooms, giving guests even more space to stretch out.

When staff were on-site, they were more than happy to be as helpful as possible. Guests found staff to be charming, and immediately responsive to requests.

While some guests didn't like that car access wasn't possible at this hotel, most guests were pleased to see parking available in some capacity. Guests were able to leave their cars in secured premises within a short walk.

Some guests of Casa Jardin encountered unwelcome noise. Ask for a room away from the kitchen to avoid any interruptions, and keep in mind the early morning deliveries could be a nuisance, according to several guests.

Many guests found out the hard way that reception staff aren't always available here. When problems arose, such as with the television or Wi-Fi, there were often times when staff couldn't be consulted for a solution. It also seems that guests who want to check out early or late might have to make special arrangements.

Guests sited a few things that could have been improved for a more enjoyable stay. Wi-Fi was found to be spotty at times, and some guests encountered issues with the hot water, or lack of, when taking a shower. And while air-conditioning provided a welcome reprieve from the hot Spanish sun, it could occasionally be too cold for comfort.
