positive:
The Hotel Has Convenient Advantages
You will find that the hotel is useful if you are looking for a budget place to lay your head. It's quite convenient if you have an early morning flight at the airport, or if you need a temporary place until you find permanent accommodations. The shared kitchen will come in handy too if you prefer not to eat out all the time. The area has a homey feel. It's more residential than touristy.

Some renovations have been completed in the hotel. You may be lucky enough to get one of newer rooms with a new fridge, microwave, and decent bathroom.

The Owner Is Very Charming
The hotel owner is a charming fellow who speaks perfect English. It seems that staff members are not as fluent; however, the owner is easily reachable to straighten matters out.

More Utensils Would Be Helpful
More utensils like dishware, cutlery, and the like would be useful. There's no safe and no air conditioning either.
negative:
There's No Organized Reception
Reception is frequently closed and there is no indication of the hotel address. When you arrive you have to call a mobile number or find the owner in the furniture store adjacent to the hotel. You may find that the entryway to the hotel is not very appealing.
negative:
You Have to Pay Extra for Cleaning
You will have to pay extra for cleaning. In addition, it will cost you extra for clean towels, sheets, and toilet paper too. You are basically on your own at this hotel. Either do it yourself or pay!
