This is a 3 bedroom villa, 2 floors, located in a very peaceful and beautiful area of Arguineguin. Our area is very safe and quiet with a stunning view of loma dos houses on hill. The first floor has a yard, a living room, one bedroom, and a toilet. The laundry and kitchen. In the yard there is a dining table, coffee table and a BBQ side as well as a table which makes it very comfortable for guests to enjoy. On the second floor we have 2 Bedrooms that one has its own private bathrooms with showers for more comfort .There is a big bathroom with a toilet between the 2 rooms upstairs as well. We have of course good Wifi,a well equipped kitchen with all necessary tools for cooking that our guests are free to use. Our pool is located on the backside of the Yard, which is maintained and cleaned on a daily basis. If you are more interested in enjoying the beach, it's only a 10-15 minutes walk to the famous La Lajilla beach at Arguineguin. The villa is located in the heart of the center which makes it very easy to access by only taking a few minutes walk to the supermarket, bus station and the best restaurants and bars at Anchora center or Arguineguin are right around the corner. By walking only 10 minutes to Anchora center you can have a fantastic coffee and breakfast at Salon Recreativo who always offer a very decent price and good service.For your own private shopping, supermarkets like Unide or Spar are also less than 10 minutes walk from the house.It's about a 10 min walk to the taxi station and the old part of Arguineguin. There are also different beaches within the same walking distance located around the house. Most bars are located at the Anchora center, and the area of Arguineguin is good for experiencing a good nightlife, many places offer live music. There is a 15 to 20 minute walk to the famous Patalavaca beach and hill top or enjoy the beach at Anfi resort.Also taxi fares here in Gran Canaria are very reasonable. If you are interested in trekking, there are several good options from a short walk to the big Cross where you can have a lovely view of both Arguineguin and patalavaca,as well as longer treks that can take days to complete.
