Excellent Location Right on Canal.
A wonderful spot to stay that allows easy exploration of Venice. Near to the Vaporetto which travels down the Grand Canal. It's a short distance from the bus and train stations. The area is generally quiet and allows a good night's sleep.

Canal View Rooms the Nicest.
Former guests recommend booking rooms that overlook the canal for the best views. The antique furnishing and historic building combine to create a romantic atmosphere, as if stepping back in time.

Good Breakfast Selection.
Wake to the smell of fresh croissants and then go down to the breakfast area. There guests are served delicious hot chocolate or tea and coffee along with a generous and excellent selection of bread, rolls, cakes, meats and cheeses.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Pay for Wi-Fi.
The wireless Internet is an extra charge. Most former visitors expected this would be included in the price. However, once obtained it is a strong signal and very fast.
