Guests were happy to find that the rooms at this Best Western location were comfortable and cozy. While it certainly has got the basics right, in terms of customer service, new arrivals noted that the front desk team at this hotel is very friendly and efficient, working hard to resolve any guest issues.

This property - set in a local strip mall - is within walking distance of a number of shops and restaurants, a point for which many were grateful. Additionally, those making onward journeys found that local freeway access from this property was a cinch.

Given its considerable perks as well as its very pleasant staff, many were hard-pressed to find fault with their experiences at this hotel. Visitors found the ambience to be all-around pleasant.

Despite a number of positive experiences reported here, some have suggested a few minor points of improvement for this property. First and foremost, some commented that this hotel can be rather tough to access, especially for new arrivals. Many have noted that the access route off of the highway, which involves weaving through a strip mall parking lot, could be more clearly marked. However, it's worth nothing that those who did encounter serious problems were ably assisted by the property's helpful front desk team.

Once guests finally arrived, some were dismayed to find a rather small parking lot, which could get crowded at times.

Finally, a number of visitors would have liked to have seen an increase in the variety of items at breakfast. Much of the menu is bread or gluten-based, which wasn't to everyone's taste. Some commented that a few egg-based options would be welcome.
