Hotel Beach House Suites by the Don CeSar (St. Pete Beach, USA)

The staff are hospitable and attentive. The accommodations are reasonably clean and modernized. Having a kitchen to cook your own meals is really convenient, it makes the ambiance feel more like home.

The suites are favorable for big families. If family members have differing likes, it's easy to separate into groups and do your thing. Some members can lounge around the pool and others can chill out at the beach. There's something for everyone.

The beach location is to-die-for. Beautiful white sand, minus the pebbles, together with a spectacular sunset is something you have to experience.

You may end up paying double the price of your original reservation fee. After resort fees, high taxes, and other money grabbing extras, you are going to pay more, but they don't tell you this. Be sure to plan to pay for more in your budget.

The suites need an update. Though conditions are not terrible, you can see that things are beginning to ravel around the edges. The Internet could do with an upgrade as well. It goes in-and-out and is most unreliable, which is annoying at best. Keep in mind, if you are looking for a romantic getaway and privacy, this isn't the place. It can get noisy from the outside and from the inside too, as the soundproofing is poor.

The kitchen could do with a really good cleaning. It is evident that it has been used quite a few times and should go through a thorough cleaning. The bathrooms could do with a makeover as well.
